CEO & FOUNDER
Mory is a widely recognized telecommunications pioneer. Prior to Dictum Health Inc., he co-founded Zhone Technologies in 1999 and worked as the Chairman and CEO until 2014. From 1995 to 1999, Mory was President and CEO of Ascend Communications Inc., a telecommunications equipment provider that was acquired by Lucent Technologies. Previously, Mory held various senior management positions with Ascend Communications and Micom Systems.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Systems Engineering from California State University at Northridge, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
CHRIS SIMMONS, MD
Chief medical officer
Chris serves as Dictum Health’s Chief Medical Officer and is an internist and geriatrician with John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA. In private practice for over 25 years, Chris founded Advanced Healthcare Systems and has served as the medical director for Tieni Duro Juniors Cycling Team. In addition, he has been a consulting physician to St. Mary's University Athletics Department.
Chris received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Pacific Presbyterian Hospital in San Francisco, CA.
Chief Financial Officer
Kirk serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer. Prior to joining Dictum Health, Kirk served as an executive officer of Zhone Technologies from 2000 to 2017, including CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary and was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP from 1980 to 2000, becoming a partner in 1989.
Kirk earned a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an M.S. in Tax from Golden Gate University.
VP Of engineering
Kim brings over 25 years of experience assembling and managing diverse teams. While employing a hands-on approach, Kim has been very successful in delivering world class products from inception to market within accelerated design cycles. Prior to joining Dictum Health, Kim served as Director of Engineering at Zhone Technologies delivering several innovative telecommunications products during her tenure. Prior to Zhone, Kim held both leadership and software engineering positions at Net to Net Technologies and Cabletron Systems.
Kim earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
VP Of PRoduct MGMT
Elizabeth holds over 20 years of experience in product management, engineering, and program management from medical, telecommunications, and software industries.
The spectrum of her skills, expertise, and knowledge in medical devices provide critical insight to the historical drivers in the healthcare landscape. Elizabeth has held leadership positions from such globally recognized medical device names as Medtronic, Allergan, and Texas Instruments.
Elizabeth earned her BSEE from Rutgers University, an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCSB, and her MBA from the University of La Verne.
Paul Landesman, PhD
VP Of Quality and regulatory affairs
Paul serves as Dictum Health’s Quality, Regulatory and Patient Safety authority, orchestrating technology transfer, production/manufacturing, and product surveillance to safely and efficiently bring our products to market. He has a successful track record of delivering innovative products and global regulatory approvals across the entire health care spectrum of consumers. He brings with him over 30 years of worldwide experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries at globally respected companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Amgen, Allergan, and Roche.
Paul received his BS in Chemistry at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth and a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Buffalo, School of Pharmacy. He also did a post-doctoral fellowship and managed the Clinical Laboratories at the Ohio State University Hospitals.
Hakim is a veteran in the ICT industry with over 30 years of experience and Global business exposure along this journey. He held senior executive posts at Zhone Technologies, Inc. the latest being VP MEA & Asia. Prior to Zhone, Mr. Alhusan held executive positions at Lucent Technologies Inc.’s INS division for the Middle East, Ascend Communication and Cisco Systems in Toronto and in the Middle East.
He was appointed Vice President of Middle East & Africa at Dictum Health in January 2015. Mr. Alhusan holds an Electronics Engineering degree from University of Central Florida, Orlando - USA.
Director of Marketing
Taryn serves as the Director of Marketing for Dictum Health. Her previous posts were at Facebook, PBS Frontline, and a variety of Bay Area non-profits. Taryn applies her creative strengths to expand brand recognition through targeted marketing campaigns, media outreach, and global strategic partnerships.
Taryn earned a BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley and was awarded the Ronald Frankenberg Prize for Best Critical Medical Anthropology Thesis in recognition of her research on radioactive contamination in the Bay Area and post-Fukushima Japan.
