Mory is a widely recognized telecommunications pioneer. Prior to Dictum Health Inc., he co-founded Zhone Technologies in 1999 and worked as the Chairman and CEO until 2014. From 1995 to 1999, Mory was President and CEO of Ascend Communications Inc., a telecommunications equipment provider that was acquired by Lucent Technologies. Previously, Mory held various senior management positions with Ascend Communications and Micom Systems.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Systems Engineering from California State University at Northridge, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Roger is a Partner at Greylock Partners, a leading Silicon Valley Venture Capital firm. Roger came to Greylock after a successful career as the CEO of Micom Systems, a Greylock-sponsored company he co-founded 1976. Roger is on the board of Picarro and Silver Peak Systems. He also served on the board of and led Greylock’s investment in companies such as Ascend (acquired by Lucent), Argon Networks (acquired by Siemens), Crosscomm (acquired by Olicom), Maker Communications (acquired by Conexant), Openwave, RightNow Technologies, Sahara Networks (acquired by Cascade), Sirocco Systems (acquired by Sycamore), Syndesis (acquired by Subex Azure), Whitetree (acquired by Ascend), Xircom (acquired by Intel), and Zeitnet (acquired by Cabletron).


Peter Fodor, MD, FACS

Peter is an international leader in the field of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and a highly respected surgeon, teacher and author. 

He was elected President of the Lipoplasty Society of North America (LSNA), which he held for over five years. He is a founding member of many influential plastic surgery societies, and served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation (PSEF). His past accomplishments include President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). 

Peter graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed his residency training at Columbia University in New York where he served as Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery. He is currently in private practice in Los Angeles, CA and Aspen, CO and is Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center.


Chris Simmons, MD

Chris serves as Dictum Health’s Chief Medical Officer and is an internist and geriatrician with John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA. In private practice for over 25 years, Chris founded Advanced Healthcare Systems and has served as the medical director for Tieni Duro Juniors Cycling Team. In addition, he has been a consulting physician to St. Mary's University Athletics Department. 

Chris received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Pacific Presbyterian Hospital in San Francisco, CA.


Maoping He

Maoping is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bowei Technology Company (BFW), a leader in the field of Next Generation Internet Access Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) devices. Prior to BFW, Maoping served as Deputy Head of Site & Director of Engineering for Tellabs China, from 2006 to 2014, and CTO for ZTE Broadband Access BU from 2003 to 2006.

Maoping earned a Masters of Communication Engineering at the University of Harbin Institute of Technology in China.
